If, at any time during the initial trial period, you are not completely satisfied with the quality or effectiveness of the course, you may withdraw and receive a full refund of your tuition.
To claim a refund, simply contact us by phone or email. We will send you a link to a simple online withdrawal/refund form. Fill out the form, stating the reason for your dissatisfaction, and we will quickly reimburse your payment.

What do you mean by "trial period"?
Annual Courses: First 100 days from the start of the course
Semester Courses: First 50 days from the start of the course
8-Week Workshops: First 30 days from the start of the course
Can I obtain a refund for any reason?
To receive a full refund, your request must be made within the trial period and be due to the instruction, feedback, or overall service not being satisfactory. Full refunds aren’t granted for reasons like a schedule change, computer or technical issues, switching curriculum, or the course simply not being the best match for your student’s needs.
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction will only be considered if the student has demonstrated active engagement with the course.
For writing courses, this means submitting and reviewing writing coach feedback on at least three assignments.
For live courses, this means attending or viewing at least three class sessions and completing the relevant assignments.
If you choose to withdraw for reasons unrelated to course quality, we’ll issue a prorated refund based on the date we receive your request, as long as it’s submitted before 50% of the course period has passed.
Refund Policy*
If a refund is requested:
Before the class start date: Full refund minus a $15 per-class processing fee.
Within trial period for dissatisfaction with instruction, feedback, or service: Full refund.
Within trial period for any other reason: A prorated refund for the unused portion of tuition.
After the trial period and before 50% of the course time has passed: A prorated refund for the unused portion of tuition.
After 50% of the course time has elapsed: No refunds.
