When Donna isn’t homeschooling, battling the laundry, or learning more Gaeilge -- she's writing! Donna Earnhardt is graduate of ASU (B.S. Psychology, 1995) and the author of the picture book, Being Frank (Flashlight Press, 2012). Being Frank has been translated into Chinese and Korean, nominated for several awards, and is currently being used in the Rooted in Reading program (3-4th grade). Donna has been published in Highlights for Children, High Five, the SCBWI Bulletin, and Blue Mountain Arts. She is a writing mentor for the SCBWI Revision Quest program and currently serves as co-ARA of the Carolinas SCBWI chapter. She is a Sunday school teacher, church youth group volunteer, and lives in NC with her husband, three daughters, two Plott Hounds, Mr. Pigglesworth (their foster guinea pig), and the army of dust bunnies hiding under her couch.
