An Outstanding Educational Investment: Risk-Free!
We are so confident that WriteAtHome is the most effective writing education program available that we literally guarantee your satisfaction. If at any time within the initial trial period, you are not completely satisfied with the course, you can withdraw with a 100% refund.
Why Such a Generous Offer?
We want WriteAtHome families to be at ease about their investment in our courses. Our guarantee allows you to experience WriteAtHome with no risk. We’re so confident in the quality and effectiveness of our program that we’re willing to take all the risk. In truth, we don’t think it’s much of a risk at all. Students who read our lessons, complete our assignments and attend to the comments of our writing coaches are certain to significantly improve their writing skills.
How Can I Claim the Refund?
You don’t have to jump through any hoops. Simply contact us by phone or e-mail (moc.emohtaetirw)ta(tcatnoc). We will send you a link to a simple online withdrawal/refund form. Fill out the form, stating the reason for your dissatisfaction, and we will quickly reimburse your payment.
What Do You Mean by Trial Period?
For annual courses, the trial period is the first 100 days from the start of the course. For semester courses, the trial period ends after the first 50 days, and for all 9-week workshops, the trial period includes the first 30 days.
What If We Decide to Withdraw After the Trial Period?
After the trial period, we will prorate the refund by month from the day we receive your withdrawal request.
Can I Obtain the Refund for Any Reason?
You may withdraw from a class at any time for any reason; however, you can only receive the full refund if you apply for it within the trial period, and if you are withdrawing due to dissatisfaction with some aspect of our program. The full refund will not be granted for extenuating reasons such as a change of schedule, technical issues related to your computer, or simply changing your mind about writing curriculum options.
If you withdraw from a class for a reason other than dissatisfaction, we will prorate your refund from the month we receive your withdrawal request.
We will, however, honor all withdrawal/refund requests that are due to a failure on our part to meet your expectations.
- If a student withdraws from a class prior to the start date of the class, we will refund the full price, except for a $25 per class early withdrawal charge.
- If a student withdraws within the Trial Period for a class due to dissatisfaction with the course, we will refund 100% of the price.
- If a student withdraws for a reason other than dissatisfaction with the course, or withdraws for any reason after the Trial Period, he will receive a prorated refund: we will return the unused portion.
